UI / UX Design Manager   |  2017 to Present

  • Lead an agile team of UX designers through business requirement gathering, brainstorming, UX and functional direction, wireframe exploration, and asset delivery.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of brands in direct competition, as well as ancillary digital products.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, user journey flows, and highly interactive prototypes with supporting functional annotations. Present concepts to Senior Leadership and hand off assets to development partners for creating user stories. 
  • Conduct UAT for new digital products and features. Ensure that design specs have been followed closely, features are functioning correctly, and review for further UX adjustments.
  • Build strong business relationships with external partners and act as a go-to resource for feature testing within the Adobe XD product team.

  • Color corrected and retouched images, built mechanicals for publications, and formatted ad copy for brands such as Baby Phat and Pepsi.
  • Managed in-house libraries of assets for FutureBrand and Stueben Glass.
